Yoga is an ancient practice designed to unite the mind and body through the breath. Learn yoga in a non-intimidating environment and go at your own pace. Whether you are looking to de-stress, get in shape, or lose weight, we have a class that is best for you. Start with a beginner class to learn the basics or attend our Beginner Series.

Low Intensity

BEGINNER YOGA

A class designed for the novice or those who want to go back to basics. An introduction to yoga, asanas and breathwork is covered.

GENTLE YOGA

Injured? Pregnant? Looking to de-stress and unwind? Try our slower paced gentle classes geared toward older individuals or those with injuries or pregnant. A gentler, slower-paced yoga class designed to de-stress and re-juvenate through asanas or postures, breathing techniques and restorative postures for deep relaxation.

MEDITATION

Mindfulness meditation can have transformative effects on well-being. Some of it’s research-proven benefits include lowering stress, anxiety, and depression, improving memory, sleep, and concentration. Meditation enhances our relationship to ourselves and to others by boosting our self-awarenes.

All Levels and Vinyasa

YOGA / ALL LEVELS

A yoga class for all levels of experience from beginner through advanced, with modifications for beginner practitioners and more advanced variations for the advanced student, focusing on stretching and strengthening through asanas, or postures, and pranayama or breathing techniques. Looking for a mindful workout? Looking to tone while you de-stress? Try our All Levels flow classes geared toward intermediate students with modifications for beginners or our more advanced Vinyasa classes. Flow into and out of poses and connect to the breath, synchronizing the mind and the body.

VINYASA YOGA

A yoga class consisting of a flowing sequence of asanas or postures and pranayama or breathing techniques designed to stretch and strengthen. A basic knowledge of asanas is recommended.

More Classes

PILATES

A matwork class based on the teaching of Joseph H. Pilates consisting of a series of exercises focusing on the core or the “powerhouse” of the body designed to stretch, strengthen and tone.

SPRINGBOARD PILATES

A mat-based Pilates workout that uses springs attached to the wall-mounted board to add resistance. This small group class is a perfect balance between our Pilates mat work and private equipment sessions. Exercises can be done seated, standing, kneeling and lying down using the resistance of the springs as strength training to build core strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility. Classes will help to articulate the spine, strengthen weak back muscles, while also improving posture and toning arms, legs, glutes and core for an invigorating full body workout.

YOGA / PILATES FUSION

A challenging class designed to stretch, strengthen and tone through a dynamic blend of yoga, Pilates, and dance inspired moves.

BARRE

A method based on ballet barre work that uses isometric holds and small movements to stretch, shape and tone muscles to create the long, lean muscle tone of a dancer.

We are excited to welcome you back to the studio and we want to make sure that we are ready to ensure your safety, yet provide a relaxing and stress free environment.

Thanks to all that have been live streaming our classes for the past several weeks.
Our Virtual Studio is up and running on ZOOM!
We are excited to be offering classes on our new online platform and we will continue to offer the virtual classes as well as we re-open.

We are eagerly planning for your safe return. We want to ensure your well-being and have all the steps in place before we proceed. As you know, phase 1 for re-opening is rolling out June 1.

Our plan for June is to re-open June 15 with a reduced schedule, safety precautions in place and limitations on the number of people in classes.

In studio classes will be limited to five people. We will require masks to check in and in the lobby and ask that you keep 6 feet spacing between you and other clients for optimal social distancing. We will require daily temperatures for staff and ask that you sign a waiver agreeing that you are not ill or running a fever and that to the best of your knowledge you have not been exposed to COVID-19.

You can sign up for in studio classes online through our scheduling platform mindbodyonline for contactless sign in and payment. We ask that you clean your hands when you enter the studio and there will be hand sanitizer stations for your use in the studio.

Please bring your own mat. In the studio space during classes mats will be spaced 6 feet apart. Once you are on your mat and 6 feet apart from others, masks will be optional during the classes. There will be no mat rentals, no props and no hands on adjustments in class. We will be wiping down high contact points such as handles frequently with disinfectant wipes and more frequently cleaning the studio, lobby and bathrooms. We will use our second door as an exit following class to ensure less social contact.

We understand that some of you may not be ready to return to the studio. The recommendation is for older individuals and those who are immune compromised to continue to shelter in place. We plan to continue to live stream classes as we transition to small in-studio classes and we are developing an online library that you will have access to as well.
