With our endless to do lists life can sometimes seem overwhelming and staying in the present moment can feel like a momentous task. Just like our laptop we can go on overload. Sometimes when we are rushing around taking the time to stop, take a deep breath and take it all in is a good way to hit the reset button.
Try this simple meditation sequence. Find a comfortable seat. Prop yourself up with a cushion if needed. Look down at the floor a few feet in front of you. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the nose. Focus on the exhale and if the mind starts to wander come back to your breath.
