Ear Candling

Ear candling is an ancient form of earwax removal called ‘ear coning’ practiced more than 3000 years ago. It is used to soothe the ears, relieve pain and itching from infections, and to extract wax as drying fluid builds up in the ear canal.

Ear candling uses disposable hollow candles made from unbleached cotton dipped in paraffin or beeswax. The burning candle creates a gentle flow of warmth and smoke. The smoke flows into the ear, drying the canal, softening earwax, and soothing pain and discomfort.

The procedure is completely non-invasive. As the candle burns, the ash is removed, and the wick is cut. The entire process takes approximately 20 minutes per candle.
