Yoga Classes

Pilates & Barre Classes

This small-group class blends the accessibility of mat Pilates with the resistance training of our springboard equipment. Using wall-mounted springs, you'll move through seated, standing, kneeling, and floor-based exercises that target the core, improve posture, and increase flexibility. It’s a full-body workout designed to strengthen back muscles, sculpt arms and glutes, and help you move with greater balance and control.

Reformer Pilates uses spring-based resistance to strengthen your core, correct imbalances, and target key muscle groups — including the arms, legs, glutes, and back. These one-on-one sessions are personalized to your goals, whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply refining your movement. Reformer sessions are ideal for improving posture, alignment, and body awareness.
