Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to bring my own mat?

You’re welcome to bring your own, but we have mats available to borrow if you need one. We also sell high-quality, eco-friendly Jade and Manduka mats in-studio — a great investment once you’re ready to commit to your practice.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you to move freely and helps your instructor see your alignment. We carry yoga apparel in the studio, but any gym-friendly outfit works — think tank tops, leggings, or fitted pants. Layers are a good idea — you’ll likely warm up quickly!

What should I bring?

Bring a yoga mat (if you have one), a water bottle, and a towel if you'd like. We also sell bottled water on-site.

Do I need to pre-register for class?

We recommend booking online to reserve your spot, especially for popular class times — but walk-ins are welcome! Please arrive a few minutes early to check in and get settled.

Are your classes heated?

Nope! All of our classes are non-heated. Our vinyasa and flow-based classes will warm you up naturally through movement and breath.

Do you offer discounts for students or seniors?

Yes! We offer discounted rates for high school and college students, seniors (65+), military, and educators. Check our pricing for details.

I’m brand new to yoga. Where should I start?

Start with our Beginner Yoga class — it’s designed to teach the fundamentals of breath, alignment, and basic poses in a safe, supportive environment. We recommend learning in person with an instructor to ensure proper alignment and avoid injury.

I’m not flexible / I’m older / I’m out of shape / I just recovered from an injury — can I still take A class?

Absolutely. Yoga is for every body. We offer Gentle Yoga for those who need a slower pace, and our teachers always provide modifications.

I’m an Athlete — can I still take A class?

Yes! If you're an athlete, you’ll find our Vinyasa classes both challenging and rewarding. Go at your own pace, listen to your body, and just breathe — we’ve got you.
