I have been attending classes at Pure Yoga for 4 years now. I live in Bear and probably could find a closer studio, but the fact that I have have been attending for 4 years speaks for itself. Meredith, as well as the other instructors, are patient with students of all experience levels, and have made my experience there a very positive one. I am a runner have found that the Yoga classes help keep my muscles long and flexible, thus enhancing my running experience. It’s a great balance! I love it!
